Dr. Jeffrey Breiner is a graduate of University of Florida in Gainesville and the Medical College of Pennsylvania.  Dr. Breiner moved to North Carolina in 1995 to complete his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Wake Forest University.  Prior to joining Garner Internal Medicine, Dr. Breiner was in private practice for 5 years in Raleigh.  In addition to his work with GIM, Dr. Breiner volunteers as the Medical Director of the Open Door Clinic in Raleigh.  He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Breiner and his wife have two daughters and one son.
