James McCann, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program.  He began practicing with Garner Internal Medicine in 1999. Prior to pursuing his medical career, Mr. McCann served six years with the U.S. Army Special Forces and he continues to serve in the North Carolina Army National Guard.  Mr. McCann’s home is in the Garner area with his wife and two sons.
